We understand that receival of the final photos is important, especially during a product launch. On a typical basis, expect a photo turnaround rate of 5-14 business days after the product has been received. Please reach out for further details or if you have any concerns.

Send us products that you would be proud to present to your customers. Please ensure they are clean and free from damage. Additionally, if you would like product packaging to be included in some of the photos, ensure that the packaging will not be damaged in the shipping process.

The shots will be based on individual client requests. Most clients request 1-3 white background images displaying the product at different angles, along with 5-10 different styled photos for website and social media posts.
